When I was choosing a a builder for my recent loft conversion, and having zero experience in any kind of renovation, it was important to find a team I could trust and who evidently knew what they were doing. I couldn’t recommend TSTL more highly for this. They were clear, organised, trustworthy, kept me updated on progress and what they needed from me at all times. Jeff had great ideas on how to get the best out of the space and it’s clear he and the team are highly experienced in what they do. The finished loft looks brilliant and I’m so happy I went with TSTL!

Jeff came highly recommended to us by our friends who had a similar loft conversion to the one we were planning. On meeting Jeff we realised why he came so highly recommended, and working with Jeff has been brilliant from start to finish. He really knows his trade and explained exactly what we could do with the space we had, when a previous architect had told us we wouldn’t be able to convert our loft! All costs were explained in full before any work commenced and communication from Sharon was faultless. Work was completed on time and in budget and we were over the moon with the finish.

Jeff really is a perfectionist, and the project management of the entire project was slick, and he kept us informed of everything along the way. The other tradespeople we had working on our house were also exceptional, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job to a very high standard.

Jeff and his team were excellent from start to finish. We had a bedroom extension above the garage which was knocked through into an existing small bedroom to make a new decent sized room. The project was completed with no delays and quicker than we could have hoped. Jeff runs a well-organised, tidy, friendly and professional business and we would certainly recommend his services.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Jeff and Sharon on our project (two-storey side and rear extension). Jeff was personally on site for the whole project, and his attitude was great - nothing seemed to be a problem. the work itself was to a very high standard and completed on time. Sharon took care of all the paperwork and administration and was always on the ball and responded to our queries right away.
During the project we added some scope, and the charges for the additional work were very fair.
A very trustworthy and capable company - have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending.

Jeff and the team were outstanding. From the minute they started to completion (only 6 weeks!) We have 2 young children (one 6 month old baby) and every night they cleaned up and we were able to stay living at the house whilst the work was complete.
